I work at Disney and trust me it is not fake. Disney will do things like that for guest at special request. The one performing are stage actors that are from the Entertainment department. I have seen proposals similar at Hollywood Studios Fla. Yes, that is a Custodial Cast member. It could also be that they were from the college program and now the managers help them do that since they used to work there.

Please–even Disneyland had to admit this was a fake–it was done with 3 cameras and multiple takes when the park was closed.
they got devorced after 3 weeks cause he couldnt get it up
