How would I submit a proposal and who would I present it to?
I try to open a business. I would like to apply for scholarships to help me with the resources I need help. I do not know, were in the beginning when it comes to making suggestions for my company. And if my proposal is written, where I could walk to get grants I need.

Start with the SBA. The local chamber of commerce with give the you the number. You should also try a bank from your neighborhood. Banks like to fund start-ups because it makes them look good, this you will need collateral and that is hard to come by. Partners are also a good way to drum up money. You will need to place an ad in the local paper. Start with these and you will have a lot of other doors open for you.
